Terms of Service

Fly To 1500 is a subscription discovery tool that aggregates and organizes publicly available pilot job listings—such as flight instruction, cargo, charter, aerial survey, banner-tow, and skydive positions—so that pilots can find opportunities to build flight hours.

We are a discovery layer, not an employer or recruiter. We are not affiliated with, and do not represent, the companies whose listings appear on the Service. Every listing links back to the original source, and you apply directly with that third party. We do not guarantee that any listing is current, accurate, complete, still open, or that you will be hired.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single individual and may not be shared.

• Access to the job board requires a paid subscription. There is no free tier. Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price, using your payment method on file, until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account's billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the plan you select.
• We may change prices or plans with reasonable notice; changes apply to billing periods that begin after the change.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we'll review it in good faith.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, resell, redistribute, or create a competing dataset from the Service or its listings;
• Share, sublicense, or transfer your account or access credentials;
• Attempt to bypass the paywall, access controls, or any security measures;
• Use the Service to send spam, harass employers, or violate any applicable law;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Listings and links point to third-party websites and employers that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, hiring practices, job requirements, safety, or availability. Your dealings with any employer are solely between you and that employer. Nothing on the Service is career, aviation, legal, or financial advice.

The Service, including its design, software, and the compilation and organization of listings, is owned by Passport Pioneer LLC and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal job search while your subscription is active. Underlying job information originates from third parties and remains theirs.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passport Pioneer LLC and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, opportunities, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Passport Pioneer LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We and our third-party partners use cookies and similar technologies— including Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Microsoft (Clarity and Microsoft Advertising)—for analytics, session replay, site optimization, security, and advertising. By using the Service you consent to these practices as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can exercise the choices and opt-outs described there.
