Privacy Policy

Last updated June 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Passport Pioneer LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Fly To 1500(the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — your email address and password (passwords are stored in hashed form by our authentication provider).
  • Profile / logbook data — information you choose to add, such as total flight hours, certificates, home state, and relocation preferences, used to show which jobs you qualify for.
  • Subscription & payment data — your plan and subscription status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we receive limited billing details (such as the last four digits of your card and subscription status) but never your full card number.
  • Usage data — saved jobs, filters, and basic technical information (such as device/browser and log data) collected to operate and improve the Service.
  • Analytics, advertising & interaction data — when you browse the site, we and our partners collect information through cookies and similar technologies, including pages viewed, clicks, heatmaps, session replays (recordings of how you interact with pages, with sensitive fields masked), referring source, approximate location, IP address, device/browser details, and how you interact with our advertising.

2. How we use your information

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the Service and your account;
  • Match listings to your logbook and show qualification badges;
  • Process subscriptions, billing, and renewals through Stripe;
  • Communicate with you about your account, security, and service updates;
  • Understand how visitors find and use the site, and improve its design, content, and performance;
  • Measure, deliver, target, and optimize our advertising on platforms such as Google and Meta;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with the service and advertising partners below, who help us run, measure, and market the Service:

  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
  • Supabase — database, authentication, and secure storage of your account and profile data.
  • Netlify — application hosting and content delivery.
  • Google — website analytics and advertising (Google Analytics and Google Ads), including measuring and targeting our ads.
  • Meta — advertising and conversion measurement on Facebook and Instagram (via the Meta Pixel).
  • Microsoft — website analytics and session replay (Microsoft Clarity) and advertising (Microsoft Advertising).
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Some of this advertising activity—where cookies share information with partners like Google and Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising—may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state privacy laws. You can opt out using the tools in the “Cookies” and “Analytics and advertising” sections below.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations or to resolve disputes.

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards—including encryption in transit and database access controls—to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

You can view and update your profile information at any time from your account, and cancel your subscription from the billing portal. Depending on where you live (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your information for targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal where required, and you can opt out of analytics and advertising cookies using the tools in the “Analytics and advertising” section below.

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies. These fall into a few categories:

  • Essential — required to sign you in, keep you secure, and operate the Service.
  • Analytics — help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • Advertising — help us and partners like Google, Meta, and Microsoft measure and deliver relevant ads.

You can control or disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of interest-based advertising using the tools in the next section. Some features may not work without essential cookies.

8. Analytics and advertising

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

We also use Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram) to understand site usage and to measure and target our advertising.

You can opt out of interest-based advertising and analytics here:

9. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you.
